Thursday 30th June

Kilkenny Women’s Business Network (KWBN) is hosting an open social evening on Thursday 30th June from 6pm to 8 pm at Hotel Kilkenny. All women, in business or planning to set up a business, who would like to meet and network with other women in a similar position, are invited to drop in for some refreshments.

This is an opportunity to make connections and friends and to learn more about the KWBN and its activities. As an organisation, it

  • Identifies external networking opportunities and strengthens its profile by working closely with local business support groups, such as Kilkenny County Enterprise Board (KCEB) and Kilkenny Chamber of Commerce

  • Identifies opportunities for its members to become part of the decision-making process in Kilkenny, e.g. through lobbying local government, accessing Strategic Policy Committees of Kilkenny County Council, nominations to organisational boards

  • Identifies opportunities for our members to network on a national basis, e.g. through sourcing conferences & seminars appropriate to our members’ interests
